We like imageMEDIA – we’ve used them for complete turnkey direct mail — they will print, provide the list data (with a real-time selector), process, and mail your pieces, and they can do anything from postcards to letters to other types of mailers.
We like to use a 5.5” x 8.5” postcard and have great designs for you to use/upload to imageMEDIA. Here’s what you might expect for cost for a 2,500 piece campaign:

Their integrated list service is one of the few that gives you a real-time count of records that meet your criteria. They use a typical mailing list (not Real Estate specific) but have some decent criteria for targeting such as:
