Color Maintenance

As you have likely noticed, from these examples, and from our website, our main colors are yellow and black logo/words on a white background, OR yellow and white logo/words on a dark grey or black background. It is our goal to have this consistent through every level of marketing, whether online or offline.

We have some postcards and display ads that feature the logo and words on a red, blue and green backgrounds. These were created by Corporate, and are approved variants of our design standards. It is not recommended to use a variate of the logo in your advertising if that design has not been approved by the corporate team.

We have a few trademarked phrases, such as The Easy Way To Sell Today™ and On-The-Spot Offer™ that we have developed in order to have extra tools in our intellectual property toolbox that our licensees may use in order to empower the brand and make it more memorable to consumers.

The Easy Way to Sell Today™

The Easy Way to Sell Today™ is a trademarked phrase, first featured in our live action spot on October 25, 2016. We implemented it to emphasize how our process is much easier than the traditional methods of house selling, and even easier when compared to selling to other investors. In text, or display ad form, this phrase is solely represented as such: The Easy Way to Sell Today™. This phrase is not to be displayed without a TM symbol (™), having an exclamation point, and/or including any extraneous words not found in the original phrase. On-The-Spot Offers™

Additionally, we have began using the name On-the-Spot Offer(s)™ as a trademark phrase. This was manifested largely off of the idea that an offer on your home is NEVER a real offer, unless they’re “On-the-Spot” when they give you the offer. We know that not all consumers might think to distrust an offer on their house over the phone, where the person making the offer has never seen the house. This often leads to the price being reduced if there’s any “surprises,” and that can make consumers feel like they have been taken advantage of. We NEVER want anybody to feel like that, which is why we decided to emphasize the advantage of an On-the-Spot Offer as compared to an offer that someone may give “instantly” over the phone/internet.

This phrase is to be used as such: On-the-Spot Offer™

“On-the-Spot” is the name/type of the offer. It is to be used as a proper noun. “On,” “Spot,” and “Offer” are to be capitalized; “the” is not to be capitalized. Accepted variations of this include having the phrase inside of a sentence, or a slogan, as long as the phrase is represented with the correct capitalization, and a TM symbol (™).

One of the main things we emphasize is that we are NOT a franchise, so we don’t require any of our licensees to use any of these sets of intellectual property. These are simply designed to be extra tools in the marketing toolbox, that can be taken out and utilized if desired, and if not, they stay in the toolbox.

While we do not require our licensees to use any of our intellectual property in their marketing, it is REQUIRED that if ANY of these are used, that they be used CORRECTLY, ALWAYS. If you are planning on doing marketing using any of these sets of intellectual property, or have an idea for a variation of these, feel free to contact the corporate office, so that we can determine together if it’s is an acceptable use of our intellectual property.
